Ana Fernandez is a Spanish actress. Her most recent appearance was Carlota in the Netflix show Cable Girls. Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and singer, is also a comedian. The most well-known of her roles was as a regular member of the cast on NBC's sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live between 1996 until 2002. Since then, she has played in sitcoms, such as ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth and NBC's American Auto. She also starred on the movie Mean Girls. She began her career as voice student at Northwestern University voice student, after which she switched to acting, after she joined the campus's improv group. She has carried this spirit through her many parts in supporting roles such as the extremely manageable Sheila Shay (agent), on Lady Dynamite, as well as Suburgatory's Sheila Shay. This has all led up to American Auto, an NBC comedy which will finally grant Ana Gasteyer her starring role.
